How do I play Pin Story?
Study the scene while the timer runs. The curtain closes and one detail on stage changes. When the curtain opens again, tap the object that is different. Each correct find moves the story forward until the heroine takes her final bow.
How do stars work?
Each story awards up to 3 stars. Finish without mistakes or hints for all three. Stars unlock new acts: Act 2 opens at 9 stars, Act 3 at 24, Act 4 at 42, Act 5 at 63 and Act 6 at 87. There are 108 stars in total.
What are lanterns and how do I get more?
Lanterns are hints. Use one to light up the area where the change happened. You start with 5 and can hold up to 9. You earn 1 lantern for every story finished with 3 stars and 2 more for completing an act.
I can’t find the change. What happens if I keep missing?
After 3 wrong taps on the same step, the game reveals the change for you so the story can continue. Using a lantern or getting a reveal lowers the stars for that story, but you can always replay it.
What is Encore?
Once you finish a story you can replay it in Encore. The changes are picked from a different set, and the memorisation timer is shorter, so it’s a fresh challenge every time.
The timer is too short for me. Can I get more time?
Yes. Open Settings and turn on Timer assist to add an extra second to study each scene.
How do I change the language?
Go to Settings and choose English, Русский or Українська. The change applies immediately.
How do I turn off music, sounds or vibration?
Each one has its own switch in Settings.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Pin Story works completely offline.
Will my progress transfer to a new phone?
Progress is stored on your device and the game has no online account, so it isn’t synced between devices. Depending on your phone’s backup settings, your system backup may restore it when you set up a new device.
How do I start over?
Open Settings → Reset progress and confirm. This erases stories, stars, lanterns and awards on this device and can’t be undone.
I found a bug. What should I send you?
Email support@pin-story-theatre.info with your device model, OS version, the act and story where it happened and what you did just before. A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot.
Does Pin Story collect my data?
No. The game has no ads, analytics or accounts and keeps everything on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
